In subscribing to the service you agree that the following informations are stored in a database: your name, affiliation, country of your institution, status (staff/student/etc.), and e-mail address.

These informations are used :

to compute statistics about the use of the model (options, model version), by country and institution
to allow to contact you in case of problems on our servers, or in case of detection of bugs in the simulator and to inform you about major upgrades of the simulator.

These informations are stored for a period of two years after the last use of the simulator and are deleted afterwards.

The collected informations are only used by the development team of the Besançon Galaxy Model and are not transmitted to any third party.

You can ask the informations related to your account to be removed by sending an e-mail at the address: modele@obs-besancon.fr
